Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at KollecteUSA!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. **N95/KF94/KF80 are all FINAL SALE DUE TO COVID-19.

Exchanges

We only replace items for free if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kollecte.com and send your item to: 16444 Manning Way, Cerritos CA 90703.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • All KF94/KF80/N95 masks are final sale
  • All Final Sale Products

Partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@kollecte.com

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address 16444 Manning Way, Cerritos CA 90703.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Prepaid Return Label: $6.90
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processed/fulfilled.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
