Great masks

I received my KF94 masks in great condition. They are great masks and I can certify that they are genuine KF94.

Also did not receive what I ordered.

Like the review below, I had ordered 3 packages of "Evergreen Cleantop KF94 Black." I received 3 packages of white masks. I received nothing from the company informing me that they were out of stock. Also sent an email with no response. Will call on Monday.

Interesting that this happened to more than one client. One instance could be a mistake, but two?

Did not receive what I ordered

To try and keep this brief - I ordered 4 packages of "Evergreen Cleantop KF94 Black". I received four packages of white masks; I think they're Evergreen, but all the writing is Korean. The real issue is that KollecteUSA didn't bother to inform me I was not getting what I ordered and there's no one I can contact on a weekend or evenings. I guess they assume the customer should take what they get. Sent an email. Nothing. No response. Will send another email I suppose.

Masks vs customer service

I ordered two packages of masks in December but only received 1. I was charged for both. The original phone number on the website was disconnected. No response from the email sent. Called my credit card company and they provided me a different phone number. Still, I am unable to get a response to my inquiries regarding the pack of missing masks. I was happy with the masks but a lack of customer service is highly disappointing.

Excellent fit, very comfortable

Very happy with these masks. They're very comfortable and provide an excellent fit. I had a direct exposure to someone who was not wearing a mask and tested positive the next day for COVID-19 while wearing one, and did not get sick (I am also vaccinated and boosted).
