Not the same

I ordered 200 Evergreen cleantop based on previous purchase. Although the website stated they were the same mask with new packaging, they were not. When directly compared to the original package masks, the new ones were shorter vertically and at times, when I would adjust the nose clip, it would move up, uncovering my chin. In addition, I kept receiving 20 unit shipment in lieu of the 200 I ordered, which required my contacting the customer service twice with pictures of the shipping package, etc. Kollecte charged for the 40 units I received and refunded the balance. The masks are of good quality and the company is reputable, but this last purchase left much to desire.
